General Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract submission period
Monday, December 1, 2025 - Friday, February 13, 2026
Eligibility for Abstract Submission
The lead author must register to participate. Co-authors are also welcome to attend.
Presentation format
General topic type: “Research,” “Policy proposal,” or “Practical report”
Presentation format: Oral presentation or poster presentation
Presentation language: English or Japanese
The number of applicants will be adjusted accordingly. The decision on the presentation format will be left to the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

When registering your presentation, please select the appropriate category for your presentation from the categories below.

The announcement of abstract acceptance
The announcement of abstract acceptance and presentation guideline (presentation date) shall be informed by email in the middle of March 2026.
Application Procedure
- Please submit abstracts using the submission form by clicking the button below.
- The presentation is oral or poster presentation.
- The number of co-authors is limited to 10 persons per abstract.
- Title of presentation should be within 200 characters (English).
- Word limitation for Abstract should be within 2000 characters (English).

- All abstracts must be submitted online through this website.
- When you first register your abstract, you will be asked to create an account for this purpose. Please manage the login ID and password you set when creating your account at your own risk and do not forget them. Please note that for security reasons, we are unable to answer any inquiries regarding your login ID or password. If you have forgotten your password, please reissue it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
- After completing your abstract registration, a submission completion email containing your registration number will be sent to the email address you registered. This notification is usually sent within a few minutes, but if you do not receive the email, your abstract registration may not have been completed. After checking your registration details, if it is not complete, please register again.
Editing or deleting a topic after registration
You can review, modify, or cancel your registered abstract any number of times until the abstract registration deadline.
If you wish to confirm, modify, or cancel your presentation, please log in to the presentation registration system using the login ID and password you obtained when registering your presentation.
Important Notice
- Please check the system login screen for recommended browsers for the abstract submission system. Even if you access the system using the recommended environment, you may not be able to submit an abstract depending on your computer environment. If you are unable to register, please try submitting your abstract from another computer with a different computer environment.
- Please register early as we expect the lines to be extremely busy just before the deadline for abstract submission. The secretariat will not be held responsible for any issues with abstract submissions due to line congestion.
- The secretariat will not be held responsible for any incorrect information entered by the submitter. Please be sure to check that the information is correct before pressing the registration button.
