- Participation Registration (Early Registration): December 1, 2025 (Monday) at 12:00 noon – February 10, 2026 (Tuesday) at 5:00 p.m.
- After 5:00 p.m. on February 10, 2025 (Tuesday), registrations will be considered on a non-reserved fees.

- After the deadline, no new presentation submissions, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
