Notes on the Anuual Meeting

The following are notes and changes for this meeting. (Updated 9 March 2026)

 

Point 1: Face-to-face oral and poster presentations: Oral and poster presentations will be conducted face-to-face only.

Point 2: Mailing of the research presentation program booklet (printed version): The research presentation program booklet (printed version) will be sent in advance to those who have pre-registered (those living in Japan). 

For those living overseas and for regular and same-day participants, the research presentation program booklet (printed) will be distributed at the venue reception desk. The research presentation program booklet (electronic version) will be published on the conference website on March 2, 2026, along with the electronic version of the abstract booklet.

Point 3: Free Admission to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum

Conference participants can visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum (next to the venue) free of charge from March 15 (Sun) to March 19 (Thu).Please show your conference badge at the admission desk.

Important: Advance Reservation Required
To manage crowds, advance reservations are strictly required for the following time slots:

• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

• 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Point 4: Bus Access to Hiroshima University from JR Stations

　Fare (One-way / Adult)
　　Saijo Sta. ←→ Hiroshima Univ. (Get off at "Daigaku-kaikan-mae"): 330 yen
　　Higashi-Hiroshima Sta. ←→ Hiroshima Univ. (Get off at "Daigaku-kaikan-mae"): 410 yen
　　Hachihonmatsu Sta. ←→ Hiroshima Univ. (Get off at "Daigaku-kaikan-mae"): 400 yen

Important Notice for March 16 (Mon.) Morning
Heavy congestion is expected on buses from Saijo Sta. to Hiroshima University.

Please refer to the Full Timetable (including Conference Shuttle Buses).

• Shuttle Bus Stop: Saijo Station, South Exit

• Fare & Payment: 300 yen (Cash Only). Please pay when getting off the bus.
