[1C12]Characterization of 210Pb deposition distribution in Asia-Japan based on numerical simulation.

Based on numerical simulations, this study investigates the distribution characteristics of 210Pb deposition in Asia and Japan from 2012 to 2015. Using the WRF and HIRAT models with a grid size of 48 km × 48 km, our results indicate significant seasonal variations on 210Pb deposition along the Japan Sea side, with the highest deposition occurring in winter and summer. Notably, we have identified major deposition sources in the Japan Sea side, garnering significant attention. Our analysis suggests that air masses originating from southern China have the greatest impact on summer deposition along the Japan Sea side, while air masses from Siberia and nortern China predominantly influence winter deposition.
