Functional coronary physiology (FCA) has gained attention as a method for calculating FFR and IMR based on coronary angiographic findings. The purpose of this session is to introduce the use of FCA in daily clinical practice, present the latest evidence, and learn about the clinical significance of FCA, including future perspectives.
