[P2-069]In PCOS patients undergoing IVF/ICSI, higher pre-conception SUA levels correlate with increased miscarriage risk and decreased live birth rates, and in obese PCOS patients (BMI ≥ 28 kg/m²), SUA levels show a U-shaped relationship with miscarriage. Stratification of SUA levels by BMI is recommended before assisted conception in PCOS patients.
