チーム内コミュニケーションに与える影響

This study examined the effects of long-term eSports training on in-team communication using a 5-vs-5 FPS game. Additionally, to examine the effect of competitive experience on in-game communication, participants were divided into experienced and novice groups for comparison. Over a six-week period, participants played one match against opponents of similar skill levels and conducted one review session after each match. Changes in speaking rate and conversation overlap rate were recorded. The results showed that during matches, neither group exhibited consistent changes, and no communication changes associated with skill improvement were observed even in the novice group. During review sessions, the experienced group showed an increasing trend in communication measures, whereas the novice group showed a decreasing trend.
