Following the establishment of the Kunming-Montreal Biodiversity Framework, there has been a significant global trend in the assessment of ecosystems and biodiversity. However, the existing tools and understanding for evaluating the impacts of biodiversity and land use still exhibit considerable insufficiency for improvement. Enhancements in evaluation methods and accuracy will further facilitate the achievement of global Natural-Positive outcomes. We have refined existing methodologies for biodiversity and improved their precision to ensure that Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) users can implement location-based evaluations in future applications.
