In this study, we focus on the ANE in multilayers including heavy metal (HM)/ferromagnet (FM) heterostructures, which can stabilize some kinds of chiral magnetic structures such as magnetic skyrmions and chiral domain walls. Multilayers with Pd and Co are fabricated, and magnetic and thermoelectric properties are studied. Relations between magnetic structures and the ANE properties will be discussed in detail.
