We investigated magnetoelastic response of surface acoustic wave (SAW)-based cavity magnomechanical devices when acoustic driving power to excite spin resonances is increased. Significant modulation in magnetic field dependence of their resonant properties was observed at the input power exceeing 10 dBm. The phenomena could be caused by nonlinear oscillations of the ferromagnetic spins.
