A Ta2O5/SiC stacked nonlinear waveguide is proposed for dispersion engineering and enhanced nonlinearity. Geometry tailoring enables flattened dispersion with multiple zero-dispersion wavelengths. Broad and flattened supercontinuum generation(SCG) is demonstrated numerically, surpassing single-material waveguides and holding strong potential for nonlinear photonic applications.
