Anomalous Nernst effect is a crucial thermoelectric effect for an efficient thermal management. However, the practical application has been limited by the low thermopower. Thus, various materials have been investigated. D03-ordered Fe3Si alloy exhibits large anomalous Nernst conductivity below the Fermi energy. Therefore, the Fermi level tuning by hole doping is required to realize the large anomalous Nernst conductivity in D03-Fe3Si. In this study, we systematically investigated the effect of Mn substitution for Fe in Fe3Si on the thermopower by fabricating (Fe100-xMnx)3Si composition-spread thin films.
