For ANE applications, materials with large SANE, conversion efficiency and strong magnetic anisotropy are required. L10-CoPt ordered alloys, characterized by their tetragonal crystal structure and atomic ordering, exhibit large magnetic anisotropy. Also, there is a possibility that adding Ni as a third element to L10-CoPt is expected to result in an even larger SANE. In this study, we investigated the compositional dependence of the ANE and AHE in L10-(Ni1-xCox)Pt to identify materials exhibiting both large SANE and strong magnetic anisotropy, and to clarify the underlying physical mechanisms. With increasing Co concentration (x), SANE sharply increases, and the coercivity and the anomalous Hall conductivity systematically increased. The behavior of the anomalous Hall conductivity was analyzed theoretically using first-principles calculations, but the experimental results could not be fully explained. Therefore, further investigation is being carried out, including consideration of Coulomb interactions.
