Diamond color centers such as the SnV center are promising solid-state qubits due to their optical stability and compatibility with nanofabrication. We propose a modular architecture that interconnects multiple diamond nodes via integrated photonic circuits and previously introduced a dual-taper design for efficient photon extraction from diamond into an underlying Al2O3waveguide. Here, we report the successful fabrication and optical verification of this architecture.
