For Online Participants

The Zoom links for all conference sessions will be made available in the conference system on 17 September. Please access the session you wish to attend and click the corresponding Zoom link.

本大会では、朝のみシャトルバスでホテル（広島文化会館、リーガロイヤルホテル、ヒルトンホテル、オリエンタルホテル）から会場へご案内します。

時間についてはガイドブックを、乗車場所についてはシャトルバスのタグからご確認ください。

A complimentary shuttle bus service will be available each morning from the following hotels to the conference venue: Hiroshima Bunka Koryu Kaikan, RIHGA Royal Hotel Hiroshima, Hilton Hiroshima, and Oriental Hotel Hiroshima.

Please refer to the Guidebook for the shuttle schedule and to the "Shuttle Bus" tab for the boarding locations.

本大会では、18日と19日にランチを提供します。その締め切りが16日となっているため、今から参加登録をご希望の場合、それまでにお済ませください。（以後の登録では、ランチが提供できない場合があります）

なお招聘者は事務局で登録を済ませていますので、新たな登録は必要ありません。

Lunch will be provided on 18 and 19 July during the conference. As the deadline for ordering lunches is 16 July, we kindly ask anyone wishing to register from now on to complete their registration by that date. Please note that registrations received after the deadline may not be eligible for lunch.

Invited speakers have already been registered by the conference secretariat and do not need to register again.

Guidebook and Free Admission to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum

We have published a Guidebook containing useful information on transportation in Hiroshima, shuttle bus services, and sightseeing. Please click "Guidebook" on the left-hand menu to view it.

In addition, with the support of the Hiroshima Convention & Visitors Bureau, participants of WFWS2026 are eligible for free admission to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.

Free admission period:

Friday, July 17 – Tuesday, July 21

Please present your WFWS2026 name badge at the museum entrance.

Please note that, to manage visitor capacity, advance reservations are required for entry between 7:30–8:30 a.m. and 5:30–6:30 p.m.

Please reserve a ¥0 admission ticket using one of the following websites.

1. Purchase the ¥0 ticket (Exemption of Admission Fee) through Asoview:

2. Upon arrival, show your conference name badge to the museum staff and inform them that you have already obtained a web ticket.

3. Scan your web ticket at the ticket validation machine located in front of the escalator leading to the 3rd floor.

1. Purchase "Tour guide (exemption of admission fee)" on the Klook website.

   • Select Permanent Exhibitions Admission

   • Choose your preferred date and time.

   • If reserving the 7:30–8:30 a.m. or 5:30–6:30 p.m. time slot, select "Tour guide (exemption of admission fee)".

また、本大会は広島コンベンションビューローの支援を受け、平和記念資料館の入館料免除が受けられることになりました。

7月17日（金）～21日（火）の間、平和記念資料館に無料でご入館いただけます。

入館時に、本大会の参加証をご提示ください。
