学会大会参加者は，3/15(日)～3/19(木)の期間中，広島国際会議場に隣接する平和記念資料館に無料でご入館いただけます。入館時に，受付で参加証をご提示ください。

Free Admission to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum　FAQ

Conference participants can visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum (next to the venue) free of charge from March 15 (Sun) to March 19 (Thu).

Please show your conference badge at the admission desk.

参加登録、懇親会へのお申し込み、プログラム集・要旨集DVDの追加購入について、参加登録ページ（Confitシステム）での支払い方法は、2026年3月2日（月）以降はクレジットカード決済のみとなりますのでご注意ください。

 

Please note that starting March 2nd (Mon), 2026, credit card will be the only accepted payment method via the registration system (Confit) for conference registration, banquet tickets, and additional purchases of the Program Book and Abstract DVD.

ウッドサイエンスミキサー（WSM）：定員に達したため，受付を終了しました。

[Important Notice Regarding Registration]

Banquet: Registration is still open. Due to a system setting error, it was temporarily displayed as "closed," but we are still accepting applications.

Wood Science Mixer: Registration is now closed as we have reached full capacity.

名札・資料の送付と受取について / Name Badges and Materials

日本国内在住の方 / Participants in Japan: 名札とプログラム集を事前に郵送します。当日は必ずご持参ください。 Name badges and the conference program will be mailed in advance. Please bring them to the venue.

海外在住の方 / Participants from overseas: 当日、会場受付にて名札とプログラム集をお渡しします。 Please pick up your name badge and the conference program at the venue registration desk.

講演要旨について / Conference Abstracts: 大会ホームページよりダウンロードしてください（3月2日公開予定）。印刷物の配布はありませんが、会場にてDVDを販売いたします。 Please download the abstracts from the conference website (available from March 2). No printed copies will be provided, but the DVD version will be available for purchase at the venue.

研究会関連会合・学会本部関連会合を掲載しました。
