Presentation
Our company has been promoting “town development” that balances public interest and business viability by simultaneously developing public transportation and land development in areas such as Den-en-chofu, Tama Garden City, and Shibuya. Our distinctive feature is that we have continuously worked to enhance area value by proposing new value in response to “social issues” that arise with the changing times.
We aim to build a bright future through “enjoyable, prosperous, and beautiful” urban development. Our strengths include, first, an organizational structure and business history that enable us to strategically advance community development rooted in local areas. Second, we can integrate transportation (such as trains and buses), real estate, and lifestyle services to address social issues and enhance area value.Third, we are capable of long-term spatial and area development and expansion, rather than developing individual projects. We hope that this opportunity will allow participants to imagine the future of Shibuya based on our development history and understand its potential.
