Zoom test (-March 14)
We will have Zoom test for for speakers, meeting chairs, and panelists of planning lectures until the end of the annual meeting. Speakers must do the test. Of course, participants can join the test too.
Meeting rooms for the test

No staff is there in the meeting rooms. You can use the meeting room anytime you like during the test term. The meeting rooms are available for 24 hours.
How to do the test
We recommend to use the latest version of Zoom application. If you cannot use the latest version of the application, please use Zoom on web browser.
Before doing the test, please read the Instruction guide thoroughly.
Once you join the meeting room, please check if;
- You can change your name showing on Zoom.
- You can share your presentation.
For doing the test, please use the same environment of which you will use at 2022 annual meeting.
Notes
- Please be careful not to share classified information. There are other people in the meeting rooms.
- If you would like to conduct a rehearsal of planning lecture and it seems to take for a long time, please ask a planner of the lecture to use their Zoom.
