Presentation Format

• Oral presentations will be given using a projector.
• Presenters must use their own laptop computers.
• The Organizing Committee will provide one backup computer in case of technical problems. Please bring a USB flash drive containing a backup copy of your presentation file.

Laptop and Equipment Requirements

• Please ensure that your laptop has an HDMI Type-A output port. If your laptop has a different type of video output port, or if you are using a Mac, please bring the appropriate adapter.
• Power strips will be available at the venue. Please bring your laptop’s AC adapter and power cable.

During Your Presentation

• If you need to use the backup computer due to an unexpected technical problem, please contact the venue staff.
