Registration & Abstract Submission
Registration and abstract submissions will be accepted through A-Pass/Confit (the online system).
Please create or link your A-PASS account first, and then proceed with registration. If you already have an A-PASS account created for a previous conference, you may use the same account.
After completing your registration, you can submit your abstract through your My Page.

Payment Deadline
- Please complete the payment of the registration fee by the registration deadline.
- Your registration will not be confirmed until payment has been completed.
Cancellation Policy
- On or before September 30, 2026: No cancellation fee
- On or after October 1, 2026: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

∗ Credit card transactions may be posted to your credit card statement in two to three months due to processing reasons.
∗ Invoices and Receipts: An invoice can be issued after registration, and a receipt can be issued after payment has been completed. Both can be issued online through the registration site.
