現在のエビデンスでTrue vs Subを語る-現実的には危惧するほど差があるのか？-

True vs. Subの議論は、EVTが行われ出した20年近く前から常に議論が行われてきた。今回、この議論に終止符を打つべく、これまで培われてきたデータや経験などを紹介していく。Intraluminal/subintimal approachと、Intraluminal/subintimal guidewire passageの違い、一括りにSubintimaと行っても、「良い」subintimaと「悪い」subintimaの違い。また、超高度石灰化病変のように、現実的にintraluminal guidewire passageが不可能な場合をどう考えるかなど、この議論にある程度結論をつけて、CVIT会員に紹介したい。
