EVTにおける血栓病変は、急性・亜急性・慢性を含み、明確な治療方法をつかめずにいる。近年、血栓吸引カテーテルが承認されたが、厳格な施設基準・症例選択が義務付けられ、CVIT会員の元に十分には届いていない。なぜ難しいのか？今後どうなるのか？議論する。
