CTO PCIにおける合併症

PCIに伴う合併症は、予防することが最も重要であることはもちろんであるが、100％の予測・予防は困難で、ひとたび発生した場合には確実にbail outすることが求められる。一方で、PCIのデバイスや技術の進歩に伴いPCI合併症の頻度は以前に比べて低下しており、術者が単独でPCI合併症を多く経験することは困難である。本シンポジウムは、PCI合併症の原因や対処法に対する知識を参加者で共有し、より安全かつ低侵襲なPCIを目指すことを目的としている。特に若手の先生方の参加を待ってます。
