Submission of papers

Thank you for your submissions. Following the conference program committee's review, a total of 85 proposals have been selected: 51 for oral presentations, 10 for roundtable discussions, 3 for organized sessions (including book-talks), and 21 for poster presentations.

About the Conference (Presentation) Papers

• Participants who have been selected for the general oral presentation, roundtable, and organized session categories must submit their papers by May 15th (Friday), 23:59. Poster presentations do not need the submission of papers.

※ Please keep in mind that, due to system limits, only the person who submitted the abstract for the organized sessions and roundtable sessions can upload the paper. This representative is in charge of compiling and submitting all of the presenters' papers for their session in a single PDF file.

• For oral presentations and roundtables, please submit a final paper of 4–16 pages, including figures, tables, and references, using the designated format. For organized sessions, each presenter should prepare a paper of 4–16 pages including figures, tables, and references, using the designated format, and the session organizer should compile and submit them together.
• These conference papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings, which will be published in PDF format. An access link to these proceedings will be provided to all participants before the conference. Failure to submit the paper by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the presentation. The abstracts submitted for poster presentations will be included in the Conference Proceedings as summaries.

Regarding the poster

• We encourage those interested in poster presentations to review the guidelines and prepare accordingly. Based on the host institution's circumstances, further details will be provided closer to the event.
  
• The poster size should be either 1 page in A0 size or 2 pages in A1 size.

• Notification of acceptance/rejection: April 10th (Friday)
• Deadline for report paper submission: May 15th (Friday)
