Conference Registration
Registration for the conference will open on Monday, April 6.
The pre-registration period is open until 25 May (Monday), and if you register by then, you will receive a discount. Thank you for your early registration.
Participation Registration Fee

Those who wish to participate are kindly asked to review the following information and complete the payment of the registration fee.

A networking reception will be held on Saturday, June 27, to facilitate networking among participants. The reception fee is JPY 4,000. Halal and vegan menu options will be available.

For administrative reasons, registration and payment for the reception must be completed at the same time as the conference registration. Thank you for your understanding.

- Receipts can be downloaded from the registration website after logging in by selecting “Download Receipt.” (Paper receipts will not be issued.)
- Receipts will be available for download until July 31.

Registration Period
- Pre-registration (discounted rate): Until 2026 May 25 (Monday)
- Deadline: Two days before the conference (Thursday, June 25)
Registration Method
- All registrations must be completed online via the registration website.
- When registering, you will be required to create an account. Please keep your login ID and password secure and keep them secure and manage them responsibly. For security reasons, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding login credentials. If you forget your password, please use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset it.
- Payment for registration is accepted by credit card only.
- After completing registration, a confirmation email including your registration number will be sent to your registered email address. A payment confirmation email will also be sent once the transaction is completed. These emails are usually sent within a few minutes. If you do not receive them, your registration or payment may not have been completed. If your payment has been made but the status remains “unpaid,” please contact the secretariat.
