A reception for participants to exchange ideas and network will be held at 19:00 to 20:45 on June 27 (Sat), following the plenary session, on the 2nd floor of the Palette Zone, Iinner Square "San-San," The Awards Ceremony of Poster session is planned during the reception. We look forward to welcoming you. Registration for the reception will be done using the same system as for conference registration. For details, please check the conference website.

• A reception will be held at 19:00-20:45 on June 27 (Sat.) for the interaction and networking among participants. The venue will be on the 2nd floor of Palette Zone Shirokane, Iinner Square “Sun Sun”.
• Food (including Halal and vegetarian dishes) and drinks (including alcohol) will be provided. We look forward to welcoming you.
• The fee is a flat rate of 4,000 yen, regardless of membership type, such as regular members or student members. The fee for Non-members is also 4,000 yen.
• Registration and payment will close on June 19 (Fri.). 
• The Awards Ceremony of Poster session is planned during the reception.
• Cancellation Policy: Please note that once your application and payment have been completed, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made for the applicant's circumstances. However, in the event of cancellation due to circumstances on the organizer’s side, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons, the participation fee will be fully refunded.
