A social event will be held on the 4th floor of Kumamoto Castle Hall, the venue for the symposium. This social event is exclusive to participants of the Japan Earthquake Engineering Symposium. It serves as a valuable opportunity to build new networks and exchange information through interactions with fellow participants, going beyond what lectures and presentations alone can offer. Keynote speakers, as well as the presidents and representatives of the hosting academic societies, are scheduled to attend on the day.
