b) Please convert your conference paper into a PDF file before submission. Ensure that the paper is no longer than 10 pages and that the file size is less than 10MB.

c) The submission deadline is 5:00 PM on August 31, 2026 (Japan Standard Time). As the system is expected to be busy at the deadline, please submit your paper well in advance.

(1) The copyright of papers published in the proceedings of this symposium belongs to the respective authors.

(2) Authors are deemed to have granted the Japan Earthquake Engineering Symposium Organizing Committee permission to edit, publish, and make public the proceedings in connection with the holding of this symposium.

(3) If a paper published in this symposium is submitted to a special issue of Journal of Japan Association for Earthquake Engineering (JAEE), the handling of copyright shall be in accordance with the regulations of Journal of JAEE.
