During convention
<in-person participation>
1. Childcare:A childcare room will be available at the convention venue (reservation required). Details on how to apply will be provided later on the convention website. It is also possible to enter the venue with your child.
2. Accompanying Participation:Family members of participants who are junior high school students or younger, individuals accompanying participants who require assistance due to disabilities, injuries/illness, pregnancy, etc., and others who have applied and been approved by the convention executive committee can attend as accompanying persons by applying in advance. Accompanying persons are not required to pay the participation fee. Details on the application process will be provided later on the convention website (scheduled for August).
3. Support for Individuals with Disabilities:Various initiatives, such as PC interpretation, sign language interpretation, and assistance for wheelchair users, will be offered to enable individuals with disabilities to participate in the convention. Details on how to apply will be provided later on the convention website.
4. Participation Badge:The participation badge will be issued through Confit. Please print out and bring your badge. Inside the venue, wear the badge in the holder provided at registration so it is visible to staff and other participants.

5. Access to Papers, Abstracts, Digital Posters, Videos, etc.: All data, such as papers, abstracts, digital posters, and videos, will be available on the convention website.

7. There will be no live streaming for the in-person sessions. Recorded videos (shared screen & microphone audio) of some in-person events will be available after the convention.
