＊ The registration fees are applicable to both in-person and on-line participations.

＊ Please select your category based on your status as of the day of the convention.

＊ It is required for the lead presenter of a general research presentation to register the participation. If your registration cannot be confirmed, your presentation may be cancelled.

＊ The registration fee for Members of foreign psychological associations with an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Japanese Psychological Association is the same as for regular members of the Japanese Psychological Association.

Refund Policy

Please understand that the fees paid for participation in the 89th convention and related events are non-refundable. However, refunds will be made only in the following cases:

a. If all the presentations you applied for are not accepted, and you decide to cancel your participation in the convention.

b. If you are invited as a non-member speaker in a symposium for a collaborative project with another association.

c. If you planned to join the Japanese Psychological Association as a new member and registered for participation under the category of "membership application pending," but your application for membership was not approved. Or, if you did not complete the membership application process, including payment of the membership fee and annual dues, by the specified deadline.
