During the convention

<in-person participation>

1. Childcare:A childcare room will be available at the convention venue (reservation required). Details on the application process will be provided at a later date, on the convention website. It is also possible to enter the venue with your child.

2. Accompanying Participation:Accompanying persons may attend the convention free of charge with prior application and approval from the Convention Executive Committee. This applies to family members of participants who are in junior high school or younger, as well as individuals providing support to participants due to disabilities, injuries, illness, or pregnancy. Details on the application process will be announced on the convention website in August.

3. Support for Individuals with Disabilities:To ensure an accessible environment, we offer various forms of support, including real-time captioning (PC interpretation), sign language interpretation, and assistance for wheelchair users, will be offered to enable individuals with disabilities to participate in the convention. Details on how to apply will be provided at a later date, on the convention website.

4. Participation Badges:The participation badges must be issued and printed via Confit in advance. Please ensure you bring your printed badge to the venue. Inside the venue, please wear your badge in the provided holder at all times to ensure it is clearly visible to staff and other participants.

5. Entry Pass:To enter the Toyo University Hakusan Campus, the in-person venue, you must present an entry pass. Details regarding how to present your pass will be announced on the convention website at a later date.

 

<on-line participation>

6. Access to Papers, Abstracts, Digital Posters, Videos, etc.: All content, including conference papers, abstracts, digital posters, and videos, will be available on the convention website.

8. There will be no live streaming of in-person sessions. However, recordings (screen share and audio) of selected in-person events will be available for viewing after the convention.
