Cosmic Rays
In cosmic rays, those exceeding the theoretically predicted energy limit are termed ultra-high-energy cosmic rays. While a few of these ultra-high-energy cosmic rays have been previously observed, their detection has typically necessitated costly equipment. We aim to establish a mechanism for observation employing more cost-effective equipment. Typically, high-energy cosmic rays trigger a phenomenon known as atmospheric showers, enabling their indirect observation. Presently, we are endeavoring to detect atmospheric showers by positioning four detectors on a plane and observing cosmic rays arriving simultaneously at them. Having formulated a method to reliably identify atmospheric showers, we intend to validate it in subsequent experiments.
