Uncooled infrared sensors of bolometer type have a wide range of applications such as security, military, food inspection, health care, and automotive camera. In this study, single-walled carbon nanotube (CNTs) with different diameters were separated into semiconducting single-walled CNTs by the ELF method, and their structural analysis and bolometric characterization were performed.
