[19p-P01-74] Optical Synaptic Plasticity in 2D WSe₂/WO_x-based Charge Trap Memory

We observed that the conductance of 2D WSe2/WOx charge trap memory can be tuned plastically with optical pulses. This result sugests that 2D WSe2/WOx charge trap memory can be used for an optical synaptic device.
