Dislocation bundles in a single-crystal diamond were investigated. EBSD measurements have been done at the areas including the dislocation bundle whose location was identified by a transmitted polarizing microscope. KAM value is the average misorientation between the measured point and the surrounding measured points. The KAM map showed that the KAM value of the dislocation bundle was high.
