We present a thin film device utilizing nano-gap electrodes with nanoscale separations and a fusible fullerene, C60 pyrrolidine tris-acid. This device enables the formation of highly conductive C60 chain through current injection from the electrodes. A change in resistance was observed upon applying voltage to the C60 chain. This resistance variation was consistently reproducible and understood as a resistance switching effect. Furthermore, it was revealed that the formed C60 chain undergo a transition from Poole-Frenkel conduction to Space Charge Limited Current.
