CNT yarn, a fiber with CNTs integrated, is expected to be used as a material for thermoelectric conversion devices, which are the key component of thermoelectric conversion technology. However, CNTs often fail to withstand heat during the annealing process and break. In this study, we achieved stabilization of heat treatment while maintaining high performance by performing joule annealing at lower temperatures for a longer period of time than conventional methods.
