We recently recorded the device output of a single pn-patterned SWCNT film in which the n-type region was doped with a dimethylbenzimidazole derivative or polyethyleneimine and an undoped p-type SWCNT film. After 400 minutes, the output performance was found to have decreased by approximately 25%. This degradation of performance is an important issue that must be resolved for social implementation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to elucidate the cause of the performance degradation from both p-type and n-type SWCNTs.
