X-ray absorption spectroscopy is a widely utilized measurement technique because it allows for the acquisition of spectra that reflect the chemical state at each spatial point. However, it requires a long measurement time. In this study, we have proposed a method to rationally identify the optimal measurement points by employing a framework known as Bayesian Experimental Design which enables the pre-determination of the optimal experiment based on prior information. We will provide a detailed introduction to the determination of measurement points and a performance evaluation.
