Hexagonal boron nitride has garnered considerable attention as an optimal substrate for graphene. Consequently, numerous studies have been conducted on its layered structure. Although most of these studies have employed single crystals of h-BN, known for their exceptional properties, their synthesis remains challenging and expensive. In this study, we explore a novel and cost-effective method for producing thin layers of h-BN using commercially available h-BN powder. This approach is conducive to high-throughput synthesis, making it suitable for industrial applications. Additionally, we endeavor to create layered structures of h-BN thin films in conjunction with graphene oxide."
