Mountain-like triangular grains are obtained when multilayer hBN is synthesised by CVD using borazine (B3N3H6) as a precursor and Fe-Ni alloy foil as a catalyst. hBN Raman spectrum shows an E2g band at 1367-1370 cm-1 due to in-plane vibrations, while a shoulder peak at higher wavenumbers is often observed in the mountain-like grains together with the usual E2g band. In this study, we focused on this shoulder peak and analysed it.
