これまで行ってきた9件の報告に引き続いて本講演では，両性準位（Donorlike準位とAcceptorlike準位）を有するMOS単一界面欠陥について，Type1およびType2の単一欠陥を用いることによってDonorlikeまたはAcceptorlike準位に捕獲された伝導帯電子の価電子帯ホールとの再結合時定数を求めその振舞いについて考察する．
