[23a-P06-11] A new patterning method using reduction of SnO₂-based transparent conductive films in gluconic acid aqueous solution

SnO₂系透明導電膜は希少金属を含まず、ITO透明導電膜の代替材料として期待がかかるが、耐薬品性に優れるがために、ITOでは一般的なウェットプロセスでのパターニングが非常に困難である。今回、グルコン酸水溶液中ではSnO₂膜を金属スズに還元したまま保持可能であることを見出した。フォトリソグラフィでマスク作製後に還元を行い、続いて金属スズを酸などで除去することで、SnO₂膜をウェットプロセスでμｍスケールでパターニング可能であることがわかった。
