We have developed the in-situ monitoring system of electrical transport properties of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) during Janus reaction. Since it is difficult to measure the electrical transport property of Janus TMD due to its structural instability, detailed electrical features of Janus TMD have not been revealed yet. Our in-situ monitoring system can directly measure the electrical transport properties of Janus TMD without any post processing, which should be very useful for further elucidation of electrical features of Janus TMD.
