We have reported that texture structure to improve optical absorptivity of Si wafer surface affects three-dimensional flexibility, and that reducing texture size suppresses the decrease of flexibility last year. In this report, we performed the Ball-on-Ring test, which enables evaluation of three-dimensional flexibility, and evaluated the effects of texture size and rounding treatment on the flexibility and optical reflectance of Si wafers.
