Improvements were made to the back electrode structure and measurement method, which covers the plasma gas atmosphere from the plasma gas atmosphere except for the plasma irradiation surface and the temperature measurement surface, and improved V-I characteristics can be obtained with each highly accurate repetition of cell fabrication and property acquisition.
