[23a-1BC-11]Here we demonstrate high-performing supercapacitor devices based on freestanding networks of polymer-wrapped large-diameter SWNT electrodes. To create the nanotube electrodes, we utilize SWNT that are selectively wrapped using polymer of various side-group chain lengths. Full symmetrical supercapacitor devices are fabricated by sandwiching freestanding ion gels by the two SWNT network electrodes.
