Radio-frequency (RF) reflectometry is widely used for the readout of semiconductor spin qubits. However, the requirement for multiple components, which are often bulky or exhibit high power consumption, poses a major challenge for scaling up such systems. In this study, we perform RF reflectometry of semiconductor quantum dots using a tunnel diode oscillator, which features a compact design and enables RF signal generation with low power consumption at cryogenic temperatures. This approach reduces the number of components needed for readout and thus contributes to the scalability of future large-scale quantum systems.
