Low-dimensional materials such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are expected to be used as gas sensors due to their high surface sensitivity. These materials are known to exhibit a response to NO2 gas. The objective of this study was to compare the NO2 gas responses of these materials and identify the characteristics of their gas responses.
