In this study, we modified the deposition process for ITO, which is used as the top electrode in semitransparent perovskite solar cells and evaluated the optical absorption rate of ITO films. We found that since we exposed the deposition chamber to the atmosphere after each deposition, the optical absorption rate of the ITO films increased as the number of depositions increased. Therefore, we clarified that by heating the chamber each time to remove moisture inside, it is possible to suppress the increase in the optical absorption rate of the ITO films.
